Yet many families underestimate the importance of preparing for breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, understanding your baby’s development, and learning about caring for your newborn BEFORE your baby arrives. This class covers everything new parents need to know for their upcoming birth AND those first several months with a new little one.
This is an engaging and interactive group class for couples. It runs twice per week for 6 weeks, totaling roughly 24 hours of education.
